The champions elect were training at their home ground ahead of the return to Premier League action this month.
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba said he felt ‘anger, pity, hatred, indignation, pain and sadness’ in a passionate Instagram post. He added: ‘Sadness for George and for all black people who suffer from racism EVERY DAY! This has to stop, once and for all.’
