Urine trouble! Neighbour is filmed in ‘wee bottle attack’

A COUPLE have told of their 18 months of hell after being targeted by a neighbour who sprays urine over their fence and flings used loo paper into the garden.

George Purchase, 68, and his wife Lovine, 64, say they were left feeling so ‘intimidated’ that they installed CCTV at their home.

And for the last two months nothing had happened… until 11.15pm on Sunday when he struck again.

In footage, the man — dressed in a dark fleece — can be seen spraying a ‘mystery liquid’ from two bottles at their shed.

He appears startled when a light comes on but continues with his ‘attack’ — even when he splashes some of the contents on himself.

The Purchases moved into their home in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire, five years ago. They told how they used to get on well with the man until he had a ‘problem’ with their son-in-law and ‘things started happening’.

Mr Purchase said: ‘He was nice when we first moved in — he used to bring over runner beans to us and my wife would give him a bit of pie. Now when I see him he just threatens me.’

Cambridgeshire Police are investigating.
