TWO soldiers appeared in court charged with terror offences as part of a probe into banned neo-Nazi group National Action.
Pte Mark Barrett, 24, LCpl Mikko Vehvilainen, 32, and civilian Alexander Deakin, 22, were remanded in custody by Westminster magistrates to appear at the Old Bailey on September 21.
Barrett, based in Cyprus, pleaded not guilty to belonging to a proscribed organisation. Deakin, of Birmingham, is also charged with two terrorism offences. His lawyer said he would plead not guilty later.
Vehvilainen, of Sennybridge Camp, Powys, accused of terrorism offences, made no plea.
