HARROWING footage of Holby City actor John Michie’s daughter calling for her mum and hallucinating wildly on the night she died was shown to the jury at the manslaughter trial of her boyfriend.
Louella Fletcher-Michie is seen hitting herself and at one point is apparently so confused she tries to eat thorns.
The final clips show her bloodied hands and lifeless body lying on the ground at a music festival site.
The footage was shot by her rapper boyfriend Ceon Broughton, 29. He is alleged to have given her the Class A drug 2C-P and then, when she reacted badly, failed to take her to a medical station 400 yards away because he feared being arrested, the court heard.
During a 51-minute video, Louella, 24, at first appears euphoric. Throughout the footage she yells, ‘Dad I love you’ and says ‘mum’ about 80 times. She declares ‘this is the happiest I’ve ever been,’ and claims the film will make her ‘billions’ of pounds.
When the dancer and yoga teacher tells Broughton to show her mother the video, he says: ‘You can’t show [the family] this. Sort yourself out bro, battle through the ting.’ In subsequent shorter clips Louella repeatedly calls for her mum.
Former Coronation Street star Mr Michie, 62, drove 130 miles from the family’s London home to the Bestival site at Lulworth Castle, Dorset, after his wife Carol heard Louella ‘screeching’ on the phone on the eve of her 25th birthday in 2017.
Broughton, of Enfield, north London, denies manslaughter and supplying a class A drug. The trial continues at Winchester crown court.
