TAYLOR SWIFT told a court that a DJ ‘latched on to my bare ass cheek’ and had a ‘very long’ grope.

The singer was testifying for the first time yesterday in a case involving David Mueller. Under questioning from the Denver DJ’s lawyer, Swift, 27, said: ‘Your client grabbed my ass.’

At one point, she called it a ‘devious and sneaky act’. She said: ‘It was a definite grab … a very long grab. It was intentional. He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek. I felt him grab on to my ass cheek under my skirt.’

Mueller, 55, had earlier said he may have made contact with Swift while having his photo taken with her before a 2013 concert but denied any inappropriate behaviour. Asked if he grabbed her backside, he said: ‘No, I did not.’

Swift, who spent an hour on the witness stand, said it appeared both Mueller and his girlfriend, who stood on the other side of her for the photo, had ‘had a few cocktails’.

She said: ‘He stayed attached to my bare ass-cheek as I lurched away from him.’ One of her security guards, Greg Dent, saw Mueller ‘lift my skirt,’ she said, but could not see his hand on her buttock.

Someone would have had to have been underneath her to see the groping ‘and we didn’t have anyone positioned there,’ Swift said, drawing laughs in the Denver courtroom.

Mueller started the legal action, claiming Swift made up the story and got him fired.

Swift counter-sued for assault and battery, asking for damages of $1. Her team told the radio station about the incident but never demanded the DJ be fired, she said.

The hearing continues.
