Property: A home with outdoor space beyond most first-time buyer budgets? Not so…

GARDENS have never been more popular, and that’s official. Rightmove reports that, after months of lockdown, the most sought-after property types are all houses and bungalows, with flats dropping out of the top five completely. A survey by developer Redrow highlights that access to a private garden or terrace will be the most important factor for 60 per cent of us when choosing our next property.
