A TEEN girl was kidnapped and robbed by a man who forced her to top up his Oyster card.
The thug forced her to board a Jubilee line from Waterloo to Westminster Tube station, British Transport Police have said.
Officers have now released CCTV images of a man — wearing a face mask incorrectly in the Tube station — who may have information that could help with their investigation.
Police say the victim — a female in her late teens — was approached by the man at around 2.30pm on July 1 at Waterloo station.
The man had initially asked for help but then chased after the teenager when she ignored him.
A police spokesperson said: ‘The man initially asked for help but then proceeded to follow the female when she ignored him.
‘He then grabbed her arm, brought the victim to a ticket machine and made her purchase a top-up for his Oyster card.
‘He then forced her to board a Jubilee line to Westminster Tube station where the victim was able to alert station staff between 3:45pm and 3:50pm.
‘As she did this the suspect walked away and exited the station.
‘Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation.’
