Surf on home turf

Adventure travel company Contiki has launched a break for those pining for sea air and rugged open spaces. Its two-night Devon Surf Weekend takes in glamping, hiking and surfing in Croyde Bay on the North Devon Coast. Available from July 24, the break includes surfing lessons (with all kit provided), coastal hikes (main picture), ocean swims, outdoor cookery lessons with vegan specialists @veganwise, energising and restorative yoga sessions and sunset fireside dinners. Starting from £265pp, the price includes two nights’ bell tent accommodation, five vegan meals and all activities. All trips will be operated with the health of guests and staff of paramount importance.
