SHE’S won two Bafta nods but Margot Robbie says she gets a bigger kick out of doing her tax returns.
The 29-year-old was nominated twice in the best supporting actress category yesterday — for roles in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and Bombshell.
And discussing the fanfare about her career to date, she said: ‘Fame is a weird thing. It has this way of coming on very quickly. I felt very untethered by it.’
Looking at ways to ‘take control of my life’ she told V Magazine working as a film producer provides a solution.
‘I like exercising that business-savvy part of my brain — even doing tax-incentive s***,’ she added.
Margot also said of her work: ‘I always want to feel scared when I take a role, and to be pushing myself in some way.’
