Look who’s Aback! Emily and Harry Redknapp head home

I’M A CELEBRITY runner-up Emily Atack waves as she arrives at Brisbane airport yesterday for the long flight home to Britain.

The actress, who quickly lost weight on the spartan Jungle diet, wore a strappy white top and billowing trousers.

She strolled through the departure lounge with series winner Harry Redknapp, also looking lean after shedding a stone.

During their time on the show, Emily, 28, admitted to a secret crush on the football manager’s ex-player son Jamie, 45. But the younger Redknapp — divorced from pop star wife Louise — was coy when asked on radio station talkSPORT if he fancied a date with her.

Breakfast show host Dean Saunders asked: ‘Jamie, if you were a betting man what’s the most likely thing to happen? Liverpool win the Champions League or you taking Emily out?’

The former Liverpool and England player first pretended he could not hear the question, saying: ‘Sorry, I can’t hear you, what did you say?’

When pressed, he added: ‘Ah, Deano, come on. Leave it out!

‘Listen, she’s great — she’s a very nice girl isn’t she. Let’s leave it at that!’

Harry, 71, has joked that he thought Emily had ‘no chance’ with Jamie until he saw her ‘scrubbed up’ after they left the Jungle behind.

And she told ITV’s Lorraine on Monday: ‘If he had seen me over the last few weeks he might not be up for it — but I’ve got my make-up on now, so he might be!’

However, she said her time on the show had made her less self-conscious about her looks, adding: ‘I’ve learned to accept who I am.’

I’m A Celeb is crowned king of the Google searches

I’M A CELEBRITY was the entertainment topic that British Google users searched for most times this year. The ITV show trumped a clutch of Hollywood films, with Black Panther coming second, followed by A Star Is Born in third and Avengers: Infinity War, fourth. The second most-popular TV show search topic was BBC spy drama Killing Eve. The Beeb’s hit thriller Bodyguard was third and ITV’s Love Island was fourth.
