Little Mix admit fame is hard

It’s a lot’: Perrie PICTURE: REX

LITTLE MIX admitted fame has left them sleepless — and isn’t all ‘glam and glitz’, like it was sold to be.

The former X Factor winners will appear on The Jonathan Ross Show tomorrow — but without Jesy Nelson, 29, who took an extended hiatus for undisclosed medical reasons.

On the singers’ regime, Perrie Edwards, 27, explained: ‘I don’t think we expected it to be this hard. You get thrown into it and you’re like, “Holy s*** balls it’s a lot.” We don’t rest, we don’t sleep.’ Bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 29, added: ‘People don’t understand the pressure. People see pop stars and think, “Oh it is glam and glitz” but really it’s hard.’

And Jade Thirlwall, 27, said the band will be there for Jesy, who has faced internet trolls, adding: ‘We’ve got each other.’

Meanwhile, Perrie, who used to be engaged to 1D star Zayn Malik, has revealed she once accidentally sexted an ex’s dad — calling it ‘the most mortifying moment of my entire life’.
