What is it? The new marketing suite launches on Saturday to showcase 84 Pocket homes for first-time buyers on moderate incomes who live or work in Ealing borough. Location: Braintree, CM7 2QT

What is it? The four-bed Cambridge show home was launched this weekend at this development where 127 two, three, four and five-bed homes are being built. From the award-winning arts & crafts-inspired Heritage Collection, the home combines traditional exteriors with modern, high-spec interiors.
