WHEN Benedict Cumberbatch is not being a party animal he can be found lolling by a lido in his skimpies.
That’s according to fellow Bafta winner Julia Davis, who spilled she regularly clocks him in her London neighbourhood.
Davis, who won the best scripted comedy prize for Sally4Ever, told GP about the sightings, as the 42-year-old actor made a shade-y exit — clutching his best actor trophy — from Sunday’s boozy bash.
‘Benedict lives around our way,’ Davis, 52, told GP. ‘Sometimes I see him with his kids… in his trunks at the lido.’
Her Sky Atlantic show features lesbian sex scenes and she says hiring intimacy coaches to teach actor’s how to romp on set is increasingly ‘a new thing’ in the movie biz.
Next up, she’d like to crack Tinseltown. ‘I’d like to move to Hollywood,’ she said.
Once there, she hopes to schmooze with the likes of Bridesmaid star Kristin Wiig. ‘I love all the Americans,’ she added.
