A MULTIPLE sclerosis sufferer has fulfilled her dream of meeting gorillas in the wild.
Susie Twydell, 40, had given up hope when left wheelchair-bound.

Then she found out that porters at Rwanda’s Parc National des Volcans would carry her up. She sold clothes and furniture to help fund the trip with her husband David, 38.
Porters had carried her for 45 minutes when a baby gorilla crossed their path.
Susie, from London, then saw a large silverback with three or four babies on top of him. A youngster was fascinated by her wheelchair while a baby examined her shoes.
Susie said: ‘It was the number one experience of my life.’
Mountain gorilla numbers are up to 600 in Rwanda after falling to 254 in 1981.
