GABRIEL BYRNE says in his new memoir that he reached out to a priest he accuses of molesting him as a boy.
The Usual Suspects star, 70, opened up about the interaction, which took place in 2002.
‘I wanted… to call him a c*** and say that even though I don’t believe in Hell, I hope he does because I want him to be terrified and burn forever,’ Byrne (pictured) said in the book, Walking With Ghosts. ‘But I said nothing.’ The priest didn’t know who he was, but thanked him for calling, the actor added.
Byrne speaks in the book about how he’s dealt with the abuse at the age of 11, which happened in a seminary in England after he moved from Dublin. He said the priest died many years ago.
