A PENSIONER boasted to neighbours he was ex-SAS and would ‘kill them all’ in a dispute about a fence, a court heard.

Aleksander Perzylo, 71, is accused of harassing Grace and Andrew Currie over three years.

He repeatedly shouted insults and set up a camera so he could watch them, it is claimed.

On one occasion, he allegedly said: ‘I’ll kill them all — I’m ex-SAS, I would know how to do it.’

Mrs Currie said the dispute began when Perzylo and his wife Joyce had work done on their house, resulting in a fence being moved 1ft on to her land in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.

She said Perzylo told her: ‘Wait till I see you on a dark night.

‘I want to leave because of him, but I’m torn because it is near my daughter’s school,’ she said. ‘It has been horrendous.’

Perzylo denied a charge of harassment before South Cumbria magistrates. He struggled with breathing during the hearing and called for an ambulance.

He and his wife will not give evidence until next week after a delay was granted because of his health problems.
