HAMMERS double swoop for perez and sanchez West Ham completed a double swoop for striker Lucas Perez and Colombia midfielder Carlos Sanchez.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini has now brought in nine players this summer — spending more than £100million.

Perez, 29 (pictured), joined Arsenal from Deportivo La Coruna in 2016 and spent last season on loan back at the Spanish club. Sanchez, meanwhile, moves from Fiorentina. The 32-year-old previously spent two campaigns in the top flight with Aston Villa.

■ 6 — Summer signings for Wolves, who yesterday brought Belgium international Leander Dendoncker in on loan from Anderlecht. The 23-year-old will make the move permanent next summer

■ CRYSTAL Palace have signed Swansea striker Jordan Ayew on a season-long loan. The 26-year-old Ghana international was the Swans’ top scorer last season with 11 goals.

■ SOUTHAMPTON have agreed a season-long loan deal with Liverpool for striker Danny Ings which will lead to a £20million permanent move.

■ CARDIFF bolstered their squad ahead of their Premier League return by completing loan deals for Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter and Victor Camarasa, Real Betis’ former Spain Under-21 international.

■ MANCHESTER City have announced the signing of Australian Daniel Arzani from their partner club Melbourne City. The 19-year-old is now set to join Celtic on loan.

■ HUDDERSFIELD brought in Montpellier’s Belgium Under-21 winger Isaac Mbenza on a season-long loan, with the option of making the move permanent.

■ BRIGHTON have signed Spanish right-back Martin Montoya from Valencia for an undisclosed fee. Boss Chris Hughton said the defender’s ‘pedigree is excellent’. Montoya has agreed a four-year deal.

■ THE Seagulls also bought Dan Burn from Wigan for £4m — and then loaned him back to the Latics for the first half of the season.

■ NEWCASTLE have signed Swansea defender Federico Fernandez for around £6m. The Argentina international is the Magpies’ seventh acquisition of the summer, and has been put straight in the squad for tomorrow’s season-opener against Tottenham.

■ Watford snaffled teenage attacking midfielder Domingos Quina from West Ham on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee.

■ Nottingham Forest have signed German defender Michael Hefele from Huddersfield on a three-year deal for a fee of around £300,000.
