Deadline-day deals round-up

■ RUBEN LOFTUS-CHEEK last night signed a loan deal at Fulham for the rest of the season. The England midfielder (top) will be joined at the Cottagers — who badly needed a boost after a difficult start to the season — by Manchester City defender Tosin Adarabioyo on a three-year deal and Danish defender Joachim Andersen, on loan from Lyon.

■ STRIKER Guido Carrillo has joined La Liga club Elche after Southampton terminated his contract. The 29-year-old spent last term on loan at Spanish side Leganes, and only managed ten appearances for Saints following his club-record £19million move in January 2018. Meanwhile, Saints centre-back Wesley Hoedt has rejoined Lazio on a season-long loan.

■ WOLVES defender Ruben Vinagre has moved to Olympiakos. The 21-year-old, who made 70 appearances in three years, leaves after left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri joined, initially on loan, from Angers on Sunday.

■ TOTTENHAM youngster Ryan Sessegnon has joined Hoffenheim on loan for the rest of the season. The 20-year-old has not featured at all for Jose Mourinho’s team this term.

■ NEWCASTLE have signed 21-year-old Peruvian midfielder Rodrigo Vilca from Deportivo Municipal. He will initially link up with the Magpies Under-23s.

■ LIVERPOOL midfielder Marko Grujic’s potential move to Werder Bremen fell through as, despite the £9.9m sale of former Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen to Ajax, they did not have the finances.
