DAVID WARNER made his first international century since returning from a ball-tampering ban to lay the foundations for Australia’s fine 41-run World Cup win over Pakistan at Taunton.
The left-handed opener hit 107 off 111 balls as his side finished 307 all out.
Mohammad Amir’s five for 30 and Imam-ul-Haq’s 53 threatened to derail the defending champions, but Pakistan were bowled out for 266 with 26 balls remaining.

India keep Dhaw Ajar
RISHABH PANT will join India’s squad as injury cover for Shikhar Dhawan, who faces at least ten days out after a ball from Pat Cummins struck his thumb. However, India are reluctant to rule Dhawan, who hit a superb 117 in Sunday’s win over Australia, out of the tournament.
