LEICESTER boss Brendan Rodgers says the club ‘will react accordingly’ if stricter coronavirus lockdown measures in the city affect the club.
A spike in virus cases in Leicester prompted the government last night to bring back a tighter local lockdown for the area.
Speaking earlier in the day before the announcement, Foxes manager Rodgers (pictured) said: ‘Nothing has changed in terms of how we have been working thus far but I’ve always said we will react accordingly.’
Leicester visit Everton tomorrow and are next due to play at the King Power Stadium against Crystal Palace on Saturday.
There is a possibility that game could be moved to a neutral venue but Rodgers added: ‘We will just keep working until told otherwise.’
