Breaking cad… valet firm was a front for drug deals

A DEALER who set up a car valet service as a cover for a Breaking Bad-style drugs empire has been jailed for more than nine years.

Lewis Gilder, 36, started selling drugs soon after being freed from prison for causing death by dangerous driving.

He set up Coventry Car Valet as a front for a cocaine ring — a move just like that of fictional drug lord Walter White (pictured) in TV’s Breaking Bad.

Gilder admitted conspiracy to supply class A drugs after he was caught in March with a £1,500 stash of cash.

Warwick crown court heard CCTV revealed cocaine being hidden in his wheelie bin and police found two £30,000 blocks of cocaine in a wardrobe at his grandmother’s house.

Judge Anthony Potter said: ‘Your premises, outwardly used to valet cars, was also being used to process cocaine.’
