BAYERN MUNICH enlisted midfielder Mats Hummels when they paid tribute to young wizard Harry Potter this week.
The German international posted a picture of himself at a train station earlier this year looking a lot like the fictional Harry with the words ‘Found platform 9 3/4’ in a nod to King’s Cross station, where students catch the Hogwarts Express.
So to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first publication of JK Rowling’s iconic series, the club performed a little trickery of their own by adding a different background and lightning bolt scar — with the words: ‘CONFIRMED: Mats Muggles joins #FCBayern on a seven-horcrux deal.’
Lions fan Nick given a whole shedload of joy
One Lions fan is sure to enjoy Saturday’s second Test against the All Blacks regardless of the result.
Nick Ward won a competition run by beer gurus Badger Ales to win the ultimate rugby shed.
Nick’s prize was a £50,000 wooden haven complete with 65inch TV, pie oven, reclining seats and, of course, a fridge full of hoppy joy.
